life less

I am so utterly exhausted I can barely move.

Too early for bed, too tired to do anything. I've considered the video shop, but I doubt I could even concentrate on a movie. And there's always the lingering threat of bags of maltesers and microwave popcorn at the counter. All I can do is sit, and stare.

The plan I made last night was executed flawlessly today. Only I forgot how quickly starvation renders me entirely useless. I feel too accomplished to eat more now, although I think I probably should. Plan for tomorrow: protein bar for breakfast (150cal) then hit the shops all day and attempt to avoid all future meals. Salads if desperate.

  2. I like carrots better than salads. They're heavy, and fill you up so much. That, and club soda. It's my emergency food. You can have a huge amount of carrots for 35 calories, and club soda is literally none. Just carbonated water. And if you add in lemon, it burns more calories than is in the drink.

    Do you use firefox browser? And if so, if you have a good adblocker (like ABP) you should go to or for, MAKE SURE YOU HAVE AN ADBLOCKER. Because it has a lot of popups that abp will completely eliminate.

    But yeah, you can look up almost any movie ever on there. It's all free, and you don't have the risk of popcorn.
    And it's a good distraction.

  5. I can totally relate on starvation making you useless... that was me yesterday.

  6. I feel lethargic after I eat.
    When I'm starving I feel fatigued.

    Let's just take a nap, huh? Take our minds off food and the world for a bit and rest up :)
